Las Vegas Realty Professionals work diligently on behalf of the seller. We work tirelessly to ensure you get what you want from your home or residential property sale. We will

• List your home(s) for sale on the local Multiple Listing Service.
• Share the brokerage listings with other Multiple Listings Service broker members.
• Advise you on preparing your home for listing and showings.
• Have beautiful professional pictures of your home taken.
• Supervise showings, open houses, report to sellers results & feedback.
• Submit any and all offers to you for consideration.
• Help you negotiate offers and execute a purchase contract with a buyer.
• Coordinate and attend all inspections, reports and repair negotiations.
• Work on the seller’s behalf in coordinating the transaction process.
• Deliver and explain documents, disclosures and transaction items.
• Work with the seller through to the closing and their move-out from the home.
• I will always go to title with you for questions and support.
• Supply the seller with a list of professionals for any jobs needed during the listing/sale process. 

BUYERS 

At Las Vegas Realty Professionals, we love working with buyers for NEW HOMES and RESALES! We work with people who want to buy a property with advice and expert services to help you to locate the property you want at a cost point you want.

We help buyers locate all properties in greater Las Vegas area in their price range and that meet your criteria. We will
